Refund Policy

CleanKeys is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase.

By purchasing CleanKeys and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access to or download of the software begins.

We do not offer voluntary refunds after delivery. A refund or other remedy is available only where required by applicable law, including where the software is faulty or not as described. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Stripe processes payments and any refund that is legally required.

Privacy Policy

CleanKeys has no advertising or analytics, does not use tracking cookies, and does not sell personal data.

• For trials: a random device identifier and trial dates.
• For licences: a hashed licence identifier, activation device identifiers, activation dates, and the last validation date.
• For purchases and licence recovery: your purchase email, Stripe transaction identifiers, purchase date, and a short-lived hashed-email request count used to prevent abuse.

These records are used only to supply the product, operate the trial and licence, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. The legal bases are performance of the purchase contract, legitimate interests in protecting the licence service, and legal obligations.

Stripe separately processes payment, card, invoice, and receipt information; CleanKeys does not receive or store full card details. Cloudflare hosts the website, API, and database and may process ordinary request metadata such as IP addresses. Resend sends licence and recovery emails.

Purchase and licence records are kept while needed to provide the permanent licence and meet legal obligations. Trial and activation records are kept while needed to enforce the trial and licence. Recovery rate-limit records expire after their short anti-abuse window.

Where applicable, data-protection law may give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection. Legal and transaction records may still need to be retained. Data requests may be sent to [email protected].

CleanKeys uses macOS Accessibility access only to intercept keyboard input during cleaning mode. It does not use this permission to read what you type.

Terms of Use

CleanKeys is a downloadable macOS application supplied under a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. A permanent licence permits activation on up to three Macs for the purchaser’s own use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share the software or licence key except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The application may offer a seven-day trial. Online services may be maintained, improved, or discontinued without limiting mandatory rights relating to an existing purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe’s applicable buyer terms and payment policies. When you request immediate access, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once access or download begins. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Keep your licence key secure, use the software lawfully, and do not bypass activation limits. No software is entirely error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable losses. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated for product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
