Refund Policy

Effective 7 August 2026

CleanKeys is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase.

By purchasing CleanKeys and requesting immediate access to the software, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, once access to or download of the software begins, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

As a result, purchases are generally final once the software has been delivered or made available for download.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including where the software is faulty, defective, or not as described.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe may also process refunds where required by law or under applicable payment, fraud, chargeback, or refund procedures.

If you experience a problem with the software or believe a refund is required by applicable law, email [email protected] and include the email address used for your purchase and your Stripe receipt.
